Sat Nav for pets?

I thought this was a joke, but it seems that an insurer is offering discounted dog insurance premiums for pooches with a GPS on their collar. They then monitor whether the dog does enough exercise to qualify for the ‘healthy lifestyle’ discount. How long before human health insurers get the same idea?
